There’s an exciting new player on the local cricket bat scene - and you can stand a chance to win their top-of-the-range offering!
Rhino Cricket came into the market in December last year with a range that includes the Attack, Charge and Defend, all made from the highest quality English Willow sourced from the UK and supplied by the biggest wood merchant in the world, JS Wright and Sons.
What's more, a percentage of every bat sold goes towards The Boucher Legacy NPO.
The Lord’s Taverners South Africa, a non-profit organisation out of the UK which generates funds to support disabled and disadvantaged children, has teamed up with Rhino Cricket to raffle off one of the Attack cricket bats.
There are also second and third-placed prizes available in the form of a set of cricket pads and bowling spikes, courtesy of PUMA.
To enter, simply donate R100 on LTSA’s GoGetFunding page (https://gogetfunding.com/lords-taverners-changing-lives-through-sport/), with your donation counting as your raffle ticket.
All funds generated will go towards maintaining the Tavs’ work such as Table Cricket and Kit Recycling in the communities where it’s needed most.
The competition closes on February 12, with winners chosen in a random draw and announced on February 15. Open to South African residents only.
