Kate is a senior Media and Public Relations specialist, currently employed in the financial sector, with 15 years’ experience in a number of communications and brand disciplines.
She is currently responsible for the reputation management and delivery of effective communication plans in 19 markets – outside of Standard Bank’s South African headquarters – in East, West and Southern Africa.
She managed the communication and PR outputs for Standard Bank’s cricket and football sponsorships from 2004 to 2010, Castle Lager’s cricket and rugby sponsorships while at a independent sports marketing agency, and Nedbank’s sports properties from 2001 to 2003.
Kate has a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of the Witwatersrand and a PDM in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa.
